2013 Crew Material

Greetings! And welcome to the Michfest electronic crew application pages. Whether you have worked in the recent past or have never worked before, please make sure you read all of the information in the information packet before you fill out the application itself. Once you have read all of the information, you will find a link on the last page where you can download and save the application itself. You can then complete the form electronically and save the filled out form. Please save your form with your name in the title so we can easily find your application!

Once you have filled out the form, close and save it, and then please check to make sure your data was saved and you are not submitting a blank form. You do this by re-opening the saved form to make sure your information is actually there. A lot of womyn who unknowingly send us blank forms are quite sure they filled it out and saved it correctly, and are then a bit frustrated to hear from us that their application is delayed because it was blank. So thank you for taking this extra step to help things go smoothly from the start – it will truly help. You can then email it to us as an attachment at crew.festival@gmail.com.

If you hit any techno-frustration along the way just print out the blank form, fill it out by hand and pop it in the mail to us – this is tried and true!

*Important: The crew information and application require the Adobe® PDF Reader. In order to fill in and save the completed application, you will need Adobe Reader® version 8.0 or later. It is free and easy to upgrade from a previous version. You may also need to uninstall earlier versions in order to be able to save your data.
