2014 Michfest Crew Material
Greetings! Welcome to the Michfest crew application pages. Whether you have worked in the recent past or have never worked before, please make sure you read all of the information in the information packet before you fill out the application itself. Once you have read all of the information, you will find a link on the last page to the fillable application. You can then complete the form on your computer or mobile device and email the filled out form to us. Please email your form with your name in the title and subject line so we can easily find your application!
Once you have filled out the form, please email it to yourself, in order to make sure your data was saved and you are not submitting a blank form. On your computer, you do this by attaching the saved form to your email then sending it; from your mobile application, choose ‘E-mail Document’ and ‘Share Original Document’. Again, please be sure your name is in either the title of your form, the subject of your email, or both. A lot of womyn who unknowingly send us blank forms are quite sure they filled it out and saved it correctly, and are then a bit frustrated to hear from us that their application is delayed because it was blank. So thank you for taking this extra step to help things go smoothly from the start – it will truly help.
Please email it to us as an attachment at email@example.com.
Click HERE for tips on saving a completed form on your computer, for tips on how to send us the application from your phone or tablet, and for links to download Adobe®Reader to your computer or mobile device.
If you hit any techno-frustration along the way, just print out the blank form, fill it out by hand and pop it in the mail to us – this is tried and true!
Of course, if the electronic process isn't accessible to you or freaks you out, we'll happily send you out a paper application.
*By completing the application you are signifying that you have read and understand the application information.*
Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you!
